Disney is committed to serving the communities where we live and work. During these challenging times, we’re using the power of our timeless stories and beloved characters to address our guests’ needs.

Mickey Cloth Face Masks

Following the CDC’s recent recommendation to wear cloth face coverings in public settings, Disney is introducing non-medical, reusable cloth face masks featuring favorite Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars characters in the U.S., available for pre-order now on shopDisney.com

To further help those in need, Disney is donating one million cloth face masks for children and families in underserved and vulnerable communities across the U.S., including California and Florida, that will be distributed by MedShare. Disney will also donate all profits from the sales in the U.S. of Disney’s cloth face masks to Medshare, up to $1 million, now through September 30, 2020.

“Disney’s donations will make a tremendous impact in the communities we serve,” says Charles Redding, CEO and president of MedShare. “Their contribution of one million Disney cloth face masks will be provided to families in underserved communities and organizations working to limit the spread of COVID-19, while their monetary donation will be used to support the medical community’s ongoing efforts to provide lifesaving care to those who need it most.”

The cloth face masks are available for $19.99 for a four-pack, and feature a wide range of fan favorite characters, including: Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Anna and Elsa, Woody and Buzz Lightyear, The Avengers, the Child – affectionately known as Baby Yoda – and more!

“We realize this is a challenging time for families and wearing any type of mask can be daunting,” says Edward Park, senior vice president, Disney store and shopDisney. “Our hope is that Disney’s cloth face masks featuring some of our most beloved characters will provide comfort to the families, fans and communities that are so important to us.”

The cloth face masks align with the FDA’s latest recommendations on non-surgical, non-industrial grade face masks.

You can pre-order the cloth face masks – available in small, medium, and large sizes – now on shopDisney.com in the U.S., for estimated shipping in June. Care instructions, including washing and fitting guidelines, can be found on shopDisney.com. Disney’s cloth face masks are just one example of the company’s commitment to helping communities in need during the current healthcare crisis. As part of its nearly $5 million in-kind donations benefiting communities around the globe, The Walt Disney Company has already donated more than 100,000 N95 masks to the states of New York, California, Florida and Washington, D.C., and 175,000 rain ponchos to hospitals in need of additional protective garments.

  • Hello Disney team!!! I bought Marvel masks size large almost 2 months ago, by the comments here people have been buying the masks and getting right away, so, what’s up with my order? I haven’t got not even a email from you guys but the money for sure was withdrawn from my account. When will I get my masks? If not, I want my money back in my account.

  • I ordered a large adult pack of Mickey / Minnie face masks, and got 2 Adult large and 2 Children medium. Several of the masks are not evenly sewn, earpiece longer on one size. Sloppily made, below Disney quality standards. Try to call Shop Disney but the wait time is 58+ minutes. I hate to say this, but I would not recommend buying these masks online at all. I will seek masks elsewhere or in person at a Disney shop or park.

  • Very Disappointed with the masks. Just like everyone else. Spent 85.00 on kids and adult masks. that the adult one just kind of fit a 3-year-old. What a waste of money and there is nowhere even to have this fixed. Don’t waste your money not woth buying.

  • I ordered these masks in May. Just received them today July 15, 2020. We followed the measurements listed on the website and ordered MED for the children. Way, Way too small. Very disappointed. The ear pieces are not adjustable and the elastic in them have very little give. They are very cute, but beware of the sizing. It’s also my understanding they can’t be exchanged or returned 😞.

  • I order these way back in April and I still haven’t gotten them!!! Can you please tell me when I will get them? If not soon please send my money back by check. The account I ordered these from has now been closed! I really wanted these!

  • We ordered our 4 pack Disney cloth masks on May 1, 2020 and they arrived today July, 11, 2020. The large/grande masks should be adult size but our fit was a little tight. The masks were made in Honduras not China.

  • I placed an order for a a set of child and a set of adult masks back in May and still have not received. Is there a way for someone to check on my order or research and follow up with me?

  • I ordered face masks back on May. 5th Said I should receive them by June. Still waiting, my order says processing. What is the hold up?

  • Went to Disney spring and was very excited and picked up 12 masks – all large cause we’re are all adults.
To my dismay- Star Wars, yoda, Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse masks are for kids size. Now I have 8 mask that don’t fit. Called Disney online store number and I have been in hold for 2 plus hours. I would like to return the unopen ones for hulk or goofy or stitch.

  • Time Placed: 05/02/2020 at 1:51 PM US/Pacific
Please advise when I can get my large masks ordered and promised for June 6th?

  • Are the masks kid or adult sizes? According to the sizing guide my 6 year old would need a size L which doesnt make sense if these are the same sizes for kids and adults.

  • I’d like to know when I will get my order. I ordered my masks on 4/30/20 and the availability date shown was June 6th. There has been now updates since I ordered. Now when you look at the masks the availability date show is July 29th. Please give us some accurate information.

  • Does anyone know if they’re going to offer these individually? For the two of us, there are two throwaways in any of the sets we would buy. For instance, I’m not a Minnie fan. Haven’t liked her since 1955, so why can’t I just buy Mickey??????? 🙁

  • I would like to order some disney masks for my grandchildren

  • When will my masks ship?

  • I know people are asking on when they will recieve the masks we ordered (pre-order) and it says July they will be shipped. unless there is something I missed on my pre-order as far as the date?

  • I ordered a set of small Mickey and Minnie Mouse Cloth Face Masks, a set of Medium and a set of large face masks on 4/30/20. I still haven’t received them. Please let me know when I should be expecting them. Thank you!

  • When will they be shipped out??

  • Very cute but if masks are going to be required than I will sadly be cancelling our yearly trip.

  • No answers to the questions?

  • Is there a nose wire? Without that, eyeglasses will steam up.

  • I will happily buy these if they’re are made in the USA

  • Where are these masks made? Are they made in the USA? Do they have a pocket for a filter?

  • Where are the Haunted Mansion and Jack skellington masks?

  • This is great news! I had been waiting for Disney to begin selling official masks with familiar characters on them, and had been hoping that The Child/Baby Yoda would be featured on one of them. (I adore him.) But I also love the Pixar masks, the classic Mickey & Minnie masks, and the Pooh mask. Hmm… decisions, decisions… but it’s a decision I am happy to make in otherwise unfortunate circumstances!

  • Does it have a pocket where you can place a filter?

  • Where are these Masks made?

  • Great masks ! What country were they made in ?

  • Their all out of stock already. 🙁

  • These look great! Any plans to release them in the UK?
