  • So thankful for “The Grey Stuff” recipe. It truly is delicious! Just wondering what is underneath? When we had dinner at Be Our Guest I had a chocolate cookie crust cup, with a white mousse filling and then “The Grey Stuff” top. So good! I am trying to recreate that magic at home, but do not know what the white mousse filling was? Any ideas?

  • I never see the Disneyland recipe. The Grey Stuff there has a raspy center. I’m not sure what’s its like at WDW, but I want the full recipe (including the cookie!)!

  • Wish they posted the recipe for the cookie. The cookie is my favorite part lol

  • Can you do LeFou’s Brew next?

  • We’ve eaten this at Be Our Guest several times and were always told it is gluten free. Do they use gluten free sandwich cookies in the park? Or is this a new twist in the recipe?

  • This version has been floating around the internet for years… I think I first made it in 2013. I’m not sure it’s the same as the version they serve in BOG restaurant, but it is very yummy.
