  • Thank you this is a beautiful article and video to go along with it. I nearly cried!

  • As a former cast member, I remember many sunrises over Magic Kingdom. Nothing more magical than walking down an empty Main Street and seeing the sky change from navy blue to teal to pink to orange, in anticipation of a park full of guests.

  • Thank you for sharing this beautiful picture and reminding us why we are DVC – our family needs a little Disney right now. Can’t wait to return in September! We’ll nagivate through the new rules and regulations; they won’t taint this family’s magical trip. 98 days and counting.

  • Well, I have been wishing and believing on Pixie Dust that our vacation comes to fruition this second time around!
I hope we all get more updates and information for planning and that we can start booking dining and our park reservations and virtual queues!
    I BELIEVE!

  • Glad that Disneyland is opening. My wife and I have annual passes with blackout days around Christmas. When Disney closed the park, Disney provided 2 options for annual pass holders. We chose the option that extended our expiration date because we figured that once the park reopened, we could go anytime we wanted as terms of our pass’s states except during the blackout period around Christmas. Now Disney is implementing a reservation system which may mean that we may not have the freedom to go when we want too. Disney has made the statement that when the park reopens, they will start recharging the annual pass holders the monthly charge. I do not think it is fair for Disney to charge us the same monthly amount and change the terms of the passes by limiting our access. Please provide the Disney community with information on how you are going to handle this. As you state in your post “We recognize the trust that you have in the Disney brand, and we will continue to earn your trust every day.” If you continue to charge us for limited access then you will LOSE OUR TRUST!

  • Beautiful. Thanks for sharing, we can’t wait to return
