Together, Let’s Make Your Next Disney Day Incredible

Right now, we’re busy preparing for the planned reopenings of Disneyland Resort, subject to appropriate government approvals, Walt Disney World Resort and soon, Tokyo Disney Resort. We are also happy to have already opened Shanghai Disney Resort and, today, we welcomed guests again to Hong Kong Disneyland! We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to the magic, because together we can make your next Disney day incredible.

As we take our first steps in the phased reopenings of our Resorts, we’ve reimagined Disney experiences with the well-being of our guests and cast members in mind – and some of our favorite characters will be joining us along the way!

When you plan your next vacation to Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort (and eventually, Disneyland Paris), you’ll soon be receiving some good advice from the Incredibles and their friends that will help make your trip Super. Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, their incredible kids and some other familiar faces will show us how to use our powers to help everyone be well. For example:

Learn how to keep your cool like Frozone.

Practice physical distancing with Mrs. Incredible.

Let Dash, the fastest kid around, show you the importance of dashing off to wash your hands frequently.

Suit up with Edna Mode – face coverings aren’t just smart, they’re stylish, too, dahling!

Keep your eyes open for these Super tips and more in the weeks to come as we all get ready for the reopening of more Disney theme parks, following the successful reopening of Shanghai Disneyland last month and Hong Kong Disneyland today.

Just like the Incredibles, we each have a role to play as we watch out for one another and do our part. Because together we are magic … and we all need a little more magic in our lives, don’t you think?

  • LOVE THEM ALL:)

  • I love it

  • I’m loving the theme, it works so well.
I did think that for hand washing it was going to be violet – like “make germs disappear” or something, I think violet would of worked better.

  • So cute!! I’m totally using these for my daughter! We go through the “did you wash your hands?!” … “With soap?!” dialogue. It’s so much fun!

  • I agree that the characters in this campaign should be wearing face masks and that Dash is a poor choice for hand washing. maybe Violet – make coronavirus invisible by washing your hands for 30 seconds – or something would have been better.

  • If there is no characters, no character dining, no parades, no fireworks, no shows…what exactly do you presume young children will be doing? And I have yet to hear about this reservation system. Should I fly there pay for a hotel and just cross my fingers I’ll get to take my kids inside the parks? This is information those of us with trips booked need to know. Our trip is FAST approaching, and I need to make real decisions based on actual information.

  • Dash was the wrong choice for hand washing. Isn’t his super power “speed”? You shouldn’t rush washing your hands, at least 20 seconds people!! Also it would be great if you showed the characters wearing masks too. To show kids that wearing face coverings isn’t so scary. 🙂

  • They should all be shown wearing masks if it will mandatory to enter the park. And Dash should remind all to wash for 20 seconds.

  • Please make these graphics available!! My kiddos at my school would love to have some of Disney’s superheroes show them that taking precautions is cool!

  • It would be great if you could make these graphics available as downloads for schools to use for kids.

  • These are great guideline posters with The Incredibles, Frozone and Edna Mode…BUT…they should ALL be wearing masks!!!
