  • So… I am 1.5 hours away from waiting in the queue for what will be 10 hours thus far. and there are still 3,692 people ahead of me. Not a very good experience, I guess it can only get better and this is a year celebration right, so some items should get restocked. I hope.

  • Signed in at 7am. Number 4900 and something, 4 1/2 hours later filled out registration form, selected items and”poof” kicks me out of the page and redirected me to “waiting room”. This event should of had the MerchPass. So many items already up on eBay for exorbitant amounts of money. People, stop buying from eBay! Please!!!!!!!

  • When I got to the checkout screen, I got stuck in a loop.
1st I put as my discount a Disney Visa Card. It said To receive the discount I just had to pay with the Visa Card.
Then when I got the final Make sure everything is correct screen” I hit continue and it took me to a page to upload proof of my discount.
Um Okay. So I uploaded a copy of my Visa card. And hit continue.
Then I was taken back to the check out screen. “Continue”
Now I’m taken back to the Proof of discount upload page. “Continue”

After doing this about 25 times, I finally gave up. Not that that mattered because the site timed me out.

    I just wanted 1 pin. That’s all.
    Definitely not run correctly.

  • I also clicked on this link at 1100 am, MST and ended up with a number greater than 13,000. I waited for six hours until my number came due. I tried to order a few items (the system indicated they were in stock), I entered in my shipping information, clicked on continue and then the web site took me to the annual pass holder discount page. I did not click that I am an annual pass holder, so I clicked continue and the system took me back to the delivery information page, I click continue and it went back to the annual pass holder page. I even tried to change items in the cart and click other choices, but got nothing, except stuck in a gigantic loop. I was on an iPad and it appears that I could view the entire screen, but still couldn’t get to the screen to enter payment details. I tried furiously searching on my iPhone while trying to get anything to work and the system finally timed out. I got nothing, but disappointment after waiting for six hours. I wish I would have known whether an iPad could be used to order or if it was going to cause problems. I can usually get all other Disney things to work on an iPad. Not sure what happened, but quite sad. This would have been my ten year anniversary of going to Disney parks. I have a dated pin for every year from 2011 forward and from the 50th and 60th anniversaries. Kind of really wanted just that one elusive anniversary pin this year since I‘m not sure I can make it to the downtown Disney area due to the current worldwide situation.

  • Another Disney website fail. I was online before 10:00 am PST and the website auto updated to 29k people ahead of me. 7 hours later there’s still another 12k ahead of me and that’s because 10k left the queue when the bags sold out. No bot prevention and I’m stuck waiting and waiting fearful that I’ll accidentally close my browser or my computer crashes. By the time I get through, I’m sure everything will be sold out.

  • I have been in the que since 10 am… Finally get to the form page… Fill out every page I need to choose what I want to order and then it keeps sending my in circles asking me to upload a picture of the ID for discount. I did not choose any discounts. It never let me get to the point of where I can enter in my payment and then it goes to an error page and puts me in a que AGAIN with 70,000+ ahead of me. 7 hours wasted trying to get something. I’m am beyond upset. I’m really disappointed.

  • So frustrating I logged on at 1:49 eastern time (10:49 pt) and there are still 43 764 people ahead of me! And it is now 6:38 pm eastern time. I may as well just give up hopefully some of the items will be on the regular site I really just wanted Mickey. I hope it’s not going to be this difficult Friday morning for the the lithos. Thank you for letting me vent frustrations.

  • While I appreciate the way Disney tried to do this, I feel that this merchandise sales event could have been handled much better. I have had the link set up and ready to go for days now. At exactly 10:00am on the dot my browser refreshed and I was “in the line queue.” A couple seconds later I received the message that I was now in line and over 32,000 people were ahead of me. What?! It’s now been 4.5 hours into the event and they have cycled through less than 5,000 people, which means there are still 27,000+ people still ahead of me. Not sure how one’s place in line was determined, but with the large limits set on some of the items (limit 10 of many of the clothing items), it’s a guarantee nothing will be available when it comes my turn in line. Many items are already sold out and again, less than 5,000 people have been cycled through. Very disappointed Disney, as this has not been a magical moment. 🙁

  • Can you pay for the items via disney giftcard??

  • Interested in the camp shirt, can you let me know what materials it is made of please. Thank you.

  • Sad I can not afford to get these things right now with not able to afford an AP. Still they look spiffy

  • i have to agree with a previous comment. enabling someone to buy “only” ten of something is not helping with the buy/flip problem at all. please rethink the limits!

  • Only 10 of each size for shirts? That “limit” is part of the scalping problem, not a solution.

  • Please limit all items to 1-2 per guest. The spirit jersey can be bought 10 per size so people will horde and flip them so no one else can buy them.

  • What if our Annual Pass “expired” during the park closures? I would hope this will be fair to those of us that chose the option to extend our AP expiration dates & that we will be able to snag some of the AP merch as well.

  • Where it says “click here to participate in online event”, I click it but nothing happens. Where or how do I register?

  • is it just me or are those the same ears from the 60th?

  • Hi. So it says “online event”. Does that mean that these items will not be available in World of Disney or at any Disney store in Downtown Disney? Thank you in advance.
