Select Walt Disney World Dining and Experience Reservations Open for Bookings July 7

As part of our phased reopening, guests can now book additional dining and experience reservations at Walt Disney World Resort.  

From dining inside Beast’s castle at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park and the culinary adventures of World Showcase at EPCOT to select table-service restaurants in our Disney Resort hotels, guests can take advantage of a 60-day booking window (beginning July 7) to plan meals and other experiences.

To help you plan, here are important updates to our food and beverage experience:

  • In-Park Dining: Theme park guests will need valid park admission and a reservation for park entry through the new Disney Park Pass system, as well as a dining reservation for in-park, table-service restaurants for the same park on the same date.  Dining reservations do not guarantee admission to the park.
  • Disney Resort Hotel Dining: A confirmed dining reservation is required for day guests and reservations are highly recommended for guests staying overnight at a Disney Resort hotel. 
  • Disney Springs Dining: Select dining locations at Disney Springs are currently accepting reservations. Please visit https://DisneySprings.com/dining for schedules and availability.

Guests can also take advantage of the new My Disney Experience mobile check-in feature, which allows guests to bypass the line at the podium and check in for dining reservations at select Walt Disney World Resort table-service restaurants on their own mobile devices.

  • I would have been excited about this, but my dining plan was cancelled for our trip, so sticking to QS and will just mobile order.

  • Yay!

  • WDW 2.0 can’t book Ohana or Lands End as we had in May 2020 for our Sept 2020 trip. I will keep trying I had early window last week but if they aren’t opened you cannot reserve…please open these dining rooms as soon as you can! We need the magic!

  • I was supposed to go in May, but rescheduled to October because of the virus. Now, we’ve rescheduled to May 2021. Any clue as to whether free dining will even be a “thing” next year?

  • Not able to choose which park to have dinner = no Disney vacation. Just not worth it.

  • We are supposed to arrive on September 9, so long as travel quarantines are over with (not likely)…so our dining reservation day is in three days. Since our DDP was cancelled, we are just going to stick to two table service and the rest QS. Unfortunately, Ohana won’t be opening (out most anticipated), so we are going to shoot for San Angel Inn and Sanaa. We also have to figure out which resort we’re staying at since POR won’t be opening. It’s a lot of work to make this trip happen, but I hope it will be worth it. If it stinks, then the worst case scenario is that we spent a week in WDW lol!

  • There are so few dining options open at the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts! We may need to move to The Polynesian if more restaurants do not open up for our September 2020 trip.
