Race Into Cars Week with 5 Ways to Celebrate All Week Long!

Picture this – The air is still as you gaze across the sprawling Daytona International Speedway. The green flag is waved and the race is off! You put your foot on the gas pedal, and before you know it you’re speeding down the racetrack. You can feel the wind in your hair and can almost smell the victory. The fate of this race is up to you and your loyal car. Together, you could be champions!

This year, Disney and Pixar’s Cars Week is back, and you’re invited to join the action-packed week leading up to this year’s Daytona 500 on Feb. 14. Whether you’re a rookie or a pro, Cars Week is the perfect chance to put your pedal to the metal and test the speed limits! 

With all new products and activations inspired by your favorite real-life NASCAR drivers and iconic “Cars” characters, there is no telling how far you and your four-wheeled friends will go.

1. Start Your “CarsCollection Today!

What better way to jump start Cars Week than an epic collaboration between Disney and Pixar’s “Cars,” Mattel, and NASCAR? Classic “Cars” characters have been NASCAR-ified, and some of the coolest and most notable NASCAR drivers including Chase Elliot, Austin Dillon, William Byron, Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano, Daniel Suarez, Aric Almirola, and Kyle Busch have been transformed into die-cast. The Disney and Pixar’s “Cars” NASCAR die-cast vehicles are ready to race right out of the pack! These 1:55-scale singles are available now and feature core characters like Lightning McQueen, Jackson Storm, Mater, Luigi and Guido with special NASCAR-inspired designs. Keep an eye out for new “Cars” NASCAR releases rolling out throughout the year on Walmart.com.

This Disney and Pixar’s “Cars”-themed Car Wash playset is a color-changing, interactive blast of good, clean fun. Lightning McQueen has been tearing up the track and racing down dirty roads, so he needs a serious washing.  Delightful, customizable cars deliver two paint jobs in one.   • And just like that, I am in trouble lol. We already collect the Pixar Cars and NASCAR series cars. Once my little sees Chase Elliot’s car, he is going to want it lol.
