Halloween Time is back at the Disneyland Resort, and guests of all ages can enjoy the spooky fun at both Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure park, now through Oct. 31. Don’t miss your not-so-scary favorites, including transformed attractions, sightings of your favorite Disney characters and villains, plus seasonal décor and wonderfully wicked treats.
At Disneyland park, Haunted Mansion Holiday returns for its 20th presentation. And every night, beginning tonight through Oct. 31, guests in this park will enjoy a dreadfully delightful treat in the form of Halloween Screams, a not-so-frightful projection and special effects show. On weekend nights, “Halloween Screams” takes to the skies to enhance the cheerful thrills with fireworks.*
In Disney California Adventure park, Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark brings Super Hero-size Halloween mayhem nightly to the newly opened Avengers Campus. In Cars Land, family-friendly fun reigns as Radiator Springs is transformed into Radiator Screams. On Buena Vista Street, the 10-foot-tall statue of the Headless Horseman awaits, while Disney characters gambol in their vintage Halloween costumes.
Also in Disney California Adventure park, Plaza de la Familia returns with its colorful celebration honoring the everlasting bonds of family. The immersive, limited-time celebration takes place in Paradise Gardens through Nov. 2. Inspired by the tradition of Dia de los Muertos, the festivities include live entertainment, delicious foods, crafts and interactive experiences. Not to be missed is the dynamic street show, “A Musical Celebration of Coco,” presented several times daily.
