UPDATE: This LIVE event has ended. Stay tuned to the DIsney Parks Blog for future live streams.

We’re kicking off back-to-back nights of LIVE streams as part of our celebration of the 50th anniversary festivities during “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” at Walt Disney World Resort with a must-see early performance of “Harmonious” from EPCOT!

Our “Harmonious” live stream begins tonight at 9 p.m., ET right here on the Blog.  And for the nighttime spectacular, you have the best seat in the house to enjoy the stories and songs that unite us all as well as the show’s new technical magic, including special pyrotechnics, moving fountains, lighting and media.

“Harmonious” is a key milestone in the transformation of EPCOT that invites you to travel the globe through new interpretations of classic Disney songs as you’ve never heard them before. The songs are reimagined in more than a dozen languages by a diverse group of 240 artists from around the world.  Here are more exciting details about this one-of-a-kind evening experience!

And for more 50th magic, be sure to join us back here tomorrow night (Thursday, 9/30) as we continue our celebration of “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” at Walt Disney World Resort with a special LIVE stream of “Disney Enchantment” from Magic Kingdom Park.

  • Maybe it’s unfair to judge this based on the online event and it’s something that must be experienced in person (with other people jostling for position!), however Disney did organise it so they should expect a reaction.
I’ve only one question – given the bar was set very high with Illuminations more than a decade ago, is this the best they can do? Really?
Seems to me this belongs in the Magic Kingdom as it’s more a commercial for Disney animated films than anything to do with our incredibly beautiful and diverse planet, the people and animals that occupy it, our achievements or what brings us together – you know, EPCOT stuff!

  • We were looking forward to seeing the show online. It was an enormous disappointment. The show was tedious and music was often times unrecognizable . Very un-Disney like. Would not bother to see it at Epcot.

  • Will not be going to Epcot to see this. Where the show technology was great, it felt more like Cirque than Disney. In my opinion.

  • My wife, daughter and myself went to see Harmonious last night live and it was beautiful. The music, water effects, massive screens with fireworks were a perfect blend. Guests are going to love this show as much as we did. Go see this show live!

  • What did I just watch? This show is horrible! Normally, Disney music, especially during shows, gives me the feels. I felt zero emotional connection to this music at all. And what’s happening on the screens and fountains is confusing. It feels like the most non-Disney show ever! Those barges need to get off the lagoon during the day also, it ruins the views for once awesome photos. All in all, this show is boring.

  • Absolutely beautiful!! Can’t wait to see it in person!!

  • I was a bit underwhellmed by the show, not even close to Ulminations, maybe it will be better when I come in January and see it live.

  • Goodness. I’m sure Disney spent millions for Harmonious, but I was never so bored as I watched the premiere. The music was mostly awful, and the ending was flat. Some nice graphics, but overall it fell short of what they could have done. Next time I’m at Epcot, I now know I need not stay for it. Sad.
