For nearly 50 years, cast members at Walt Disney World Resort have made magic for millions of guests—but there’s one program in particular that brings that same level of magic right back to them: Disney Aspire.

Disney Aspire—an educational investment program for part-time and full-time hourly employees that provides 100% tuition paid up front at a network of schools—inspires our employees to get to where they want to go, whether at Disney or beyond.

And as The World’s Most Magical Celebration is underway, we want to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of some of our Disney Aspire participants—including a few students from right here in our own backyard who are proud to call the University of Florida, Bellevue University, University of Central Florida, and University of Denver their home-away-from-home! See what our students are up to below, and stay tuned for more from our Disney Aspire participants in the future.

“I have been a cast member since 1986 and have had many great experiences in different areas of our great company. I never thought I would have the opportunity to pursue and further my education in this way. Being part of the Disney Aspire family, especially during Disney’s 50th Anniversary, makes it all the more special!”
