There’s no better place on Earth than Disney to celebrate special occasions! Of course, that includes our cast members’ birthdays! To add a little pixie dust and make birthdays even more magical last year, together with the celebration of the resort’s 15th Anniversary, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort launched a year-long program – “Cast Birthday Celebration.” Not only did every cast member receive a birthday gift, but some of the birthday stars were even surprised with birthday pixie dust!
The birthday magic continues this year too! It’s a tradition to celebrate guests’ birthdays by giving them greetings when they wear a birthday button in the resort, and the birthday magic is spreading to our cast members. Cast will be presented with one of the three cast-exclusive birthday charms from their leaders to wear throughout their birthday week. This program will create a new narrative for cast to get excited for their own birthday celebrations by sharing magical well wishes whenever they see a birthday charm or button on both cast and guests.
Our Hong Kong Disneyland Ambassadors are also sharing in the fun and want to wish both guests and cast a very happy birthday when they see it’s someone’s special day in the park. For more #DisneyCastLife updates, be sure to follow along on Instagram.
