Ignite the Night – Tonight! The Nighttime Spectaculars are Back at the Disneyland Resort

The day we have all been waiting for is officially here – the nighttime spectaculars are back at the Disneyland Resort! Tonight, we will “ignite the night” once again as the “Main Street Electrical Parade” and “Disneyland Forever” fireworks return to Disneyland park, and “World of Color” dazzles guests across the way at Disney California Adventure park.

A few of our guests in Disneyland park received a “surprise and delight” performance of the “Main Street Electrical Parade” earlier this week. Check out their initial reactions to the official homecoming of the parade with new elements to celebrate its 50th anniversary, plus their excitement for the return of “Disneyland Forever” and “World of Color”!


The “Main Street Electrical Parade” and “Disneyland Forever” fireworks spectacular will be offered for a limited time at Disneyland park. “World of Color,” as well as “Fantasmic!” which returns on May 28, will return to their regular performances.

  • We were there – myself with Rachelle – loved the new updated music to the MSEP and the new floats – what a treat on 4/22/22! Also the nighttime fireworks
    “Disneyland Forever” wow – it was emotional to be at the pre-shows for these & to “hear” Walt Disneys voice at the beginning of this night time spectacular fireworks show – you make our visits always magical -we also has a huge surprise -meeting in person Disneylands’ Resort President Ken Potrock- Rachelle is a HUGE Disney lover & has a eye for magical people (cast members and officials) – a night I will remember for the rest of my life!!!!!
