Aloha! Our latest episode of Cast Conversations brings us all to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, where I had the pleasure of speaking with our Head Pastry Chef Carolyn Portuondo.
Chef Carolyn showcased her skills and talents that brought her onto Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship – and even showed us how to make our famous Kona Coffee Cheesecake available at dinner at Makahiki Restaurant here at the resort!
