Who said summer school and furthering development programs were just for kids?! At Disney Institute, we’re taking our classroom on wheels this summer. Throughout July and August, our talented team of facilitators will hit America’s highways, making pit stops in five cities across the country. Bringing our amazing professional development courses to select venues in Ohio, Texas, Utah, California and Maryland, Disney Institute is offering business professionals the opportunity to participate Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence, a one-day professional development course that shares select time-tested business insights and best practices that drive the success of Walt Disney parks and resorts.
Now open for registration, participants can turn on their imagination to dream up their organization’s next goal by directly learning insights from our storied history. Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence has been directly developed and informed by leadership and employee excellence, an exceptional customer experience and sustaining business results – all universal pillars to us that are key elements of the Disney difference. The one-of-a-kind experience will showcase powerful lessons that our company has learned as we continue our pursuit of excellence, with regard to the customer experience.
