Stitch, our favorite mischievous blue alien who also happens to be vacationing at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, just reminded us that June 26, or 6/26, marks his special day: Stitch Day!
Also known as Experiment 626, Stitch wanted to offer a gift to you to mark the occasion. So, he gathered up his Aulani Resort friends to perform the Aulani Hula, a very special dance that brings people together in a celebration of aloha, peace and goodwill. The Aulani Hula is very near and dear to my heart as well, so of course I had to join in the fun.
Composed by Aaron J. Salā, a Native Hawaiian singer, songwriter, and professor, and choreographed by Kumu Hula Kaleo Trinidad, the Aulani Hula reflects the warm welcome that guests receive as they enter Aulani Resort.
It is that spirit of warm aloha that Stitch now offers to you… Happy Stitch Day!
