“It was nothing like I expected, but it was fun,” said Lead Nelson Medina-Castro. As the first land at a Disney park dedicated to Super Heroes, working in Avengers Campus provides “an opportunity to play … and use your imagination,” he said. Over the last year, the Avengers Campus team has become “a community, like a real campus.”
Lead Amaya Johnson appreciates the “diverse and inclusive perspectives” represented in Avengers Campus. “People are coming from all over the world to experience Avengers Campus,” and that provides a unique opportunity for cast to “bring the story to life.”
At Pym Test Kitchen, lead Joshua Hernandez said the heroic teamwork that began opening day continues today. “I am glad to be part of Avengers Campus and inspire the next [generation of] heroes,” said Joshua. His favorite Super Hero? “Spider-Man, because he looks out for others … and gives them hope.”
