Holiday bells are ringing across Disney Parks! Snow is falling on Main Street U.S.A., Haunted Mansion Holiday is in full swing, and Disney+ has “decked the halls” for all to enjoy! Now is the time of year we say … Happy Season’s Streamings!

To help celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, I want to highlight how Disney+ is celebrating the holidays across Disney Parks. Be on the lookout for these merry and bright activities next time you are at Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort this December!

Disneyland Resort

The Happiest Place on Earth is dressed up with holiday spirit. Not only can you see Sleeping Beauty Castle twinkling in Holiday lights, but you can also get into the Holiday spirit with some magic directly from the North Pole!

Macaroon inspired by the “The Santa Clauses”

Inspired by the latest Disney+ Original series “The Santa Clauses” you can enjoy some tasty treats as part of the Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure park! Be sure to check out Mrs. Claus’ Hot Cocoa Macaron, or Santa’s Milk & Cookies Hot Cocoa. It is the perfect way to satisfy the Holiday sweet tooth!

Decor inspired by the Disney+ Original series “The Santa Clauses” in the Downtown Disney District

Afterwards, snap a photo or two with your reindeer crew in front of a decorative piece inspired by the Disney+ Original series “The Santa Clauses” in the Downtown Disney District, near Splitsville Luxury Lanes and Tortilla Jo’s! Be sure to grab your Holiday Gift Guide while in Downtown Disney District. You can prepare for your visit by checking the Holiday Gift Guide from home! The gift guide will act as your Santa’s list – be sure to check it twice!

Ready to dance with your favorite Guardians of the Galaxy? Well, the Guardians are ready to party – with you! Watch Peter Quill (I mean … Star-Lord) dance off near Guardians of the Galaxy Mission: BREAKOUT! with a Holiday twist! At the end of the show, you may hear some familiar festive tunes from “The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special,” streaming now on Disney+.

Holiday elves planned something special for Walt Disney World Resort guests. These fun-filled activities are some of my personal favorite Holiday traditions – and even Olaf would agree my family Holiday traditions are special enough!

Holiday entertainment at Disney Springs

Beginning at Disney Springs, guests can jingle all the way with some Holiday favorite tunes, spun by our very own Holiday elf DJ! Be on the lookout for the strolling magical sleigh, inspired by Santa’s sleigh in the Disney+ Original series “The Santa Clauses,” you may just be recruited as a reindeer!

Speaking of “The Santa Clauses,” did you know Tim Allen’s iconic Santa suit is on display at Disney Springs? Next time you are at Disney’s Days of Christmas, be sure to check it out!

Before you head on your next Disney Springs adventure, refuel with a tasty treat at Amorette’s Patisserie! Just in time for the Holidays, you can try the Santa Clause Petit Cake, inspired by “The Santa Clauses.” This flavorful offering is a chocolate chip cookie cake with vanilla mousse and chocolate chiffon cake.

Disney+-inspired tree at Disney Springs

Disney Springs has been “spruced up” this year, with the return of the fan-favorite Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll presented by AdventHealth! Be on the lookout for the Disney+ tree during your hunt. Adorned with twinkling blue and white decorations, you will notice some of your favorite Holiday classic films were the inspiration behind the ornaments. If you look closely, you will see some iconic scenes from the films!

The Season’s Streamings magic does not end there! Each night in Town Center, a magical snowfall appears with a familiar voice welcoming you to witness this glorious sight. Stephanie Beatriz, the voice of Mirabel from Disney’s “Encanto,” wishes you a “fantastical and magical” Season Streamings, from her familia to yours!

My all-time favorite Holiday tradition at Walt Disney World Resort is at EPCOT during the International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth! Have you ever heard of the famous cookie stroll? My friends and family know I complete the cookie stroll a few times throughout the festival (the linzer cookie in Germany is my absolute favorite).

In celebration of “The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special” streaming on Disney+, cookie stroll finishers will receive their very own collectible pin inspired by the new Holiday Special! Be sure to do it quickly before the pins are gone!

Whether saving the galaxy with the Guardians or strolling around Disney Springs, I love listening to Holiday music. Our friends at Disney Music Group shared a playlist that is great for any holiday entertainment!     FIRST OFF I PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE, AND AT SAMS CLUB FOR 16 MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY TO CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS. I PURCHASED PASSES TO ANIMAL KINGDOM, MAGIC KINGDOM, MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR DECEMBER 04,2022. THE TICKETS FOR MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO GET A TICKET TO PRESENT ON MY PHONE ON MY DISNEY APP. I CALLED AT LEAST 3 TIMES BEFORE DEPARTURE FROM MICHIGAN, I WENT TO THE THEME PARK TICKET WINDOW AT ANIMAL KINGDOM ON DECEEMBER 03,2023, AND I WENT TO THE THEME PARK TICKET WINDOW ON ENTRANCE OF MAGIC KINGDOM ON THE MORNING OF DECEMBER 4TH, THE DAY OF MY TICKETS FOR MAGIC KINGDOM AND MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY TO ASK HOW WE ALL WERE GOING TO BE ADMITTED WITH OUT A PASS ON MY DISNEY ACCOUNT OR PHONE.
    I WAS TOLD BY ALL THE MENTIONED CONTACTS ABOVE THAT THEY CHECKED MY DISNEY ACCOUNT(OR MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE ACCCOUNT) AND THE PURCHASES FOR THIS EVENT WERE LINKED TO MY DISNEY ACCOUNT AND TICKETS,THEREFORE, THATS ALL I NEEDED. I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT I WOULD NEED A WRIST BAND TO ENTER THE MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY. THIS IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE ON DISNEYS SITES OR ON THE PURCHASED TICKETS RECEIPTS, THE THEME PARK TICKET WINDOW EMPLOYEES WERE UNEDUCATED OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THIS PROCEDURE, AND UNIFORMED KNOWLEDGE OF PROCESS TO ENTER EVENT. THE INFORMATION ON THE WRITTEN RECEIPTS STATE THAT THE TICKETS(NOT WRIST BANDS) CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE THEME PARK TICKET WINDOW, IN WHICH THE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT EDUCATED OR KNOWLEDGABLE ON THE PROCESS AS I STATED, I ASKED AT MAGIC KINGDOM AND ANIMAL KINGDOM THEME PARK TICKET WINDOWS AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING, THAT MY PURCHASES FOR THIS EVENT WERE LINKED TO MY TICKETS AND ON MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE ACCOUNT AND THATS ALL WE NEEDED FOR ENTRY TO THE MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WERE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE EVENT WITHOUT THE WRIST BANDS, THEREFORE, MY FAMILY CHRISTMAS WAS DESTROYED!!!! WE COULDN’T EVEN USE THE BATHROOM WITHOUT A WRIST BAND.

    SO, LET ME RECAP MY DAY. WE ARRIVED AT THE MAGIC KINGDOM EVENT IN THE AM APPROXIMATELY 8 AM, ENTERED, WENT TO THE THEME PARK TICKET WINDOW TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT A TICKET OF ONE GUEST, AND THEN WE ASKED THE QUESTION AGAIN AS TO HOW WE WERE GOING TO BE ALLOWED INTO THE MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY WITHOUT A TICKET ON MY PHONE TO PRESENT. WE WERE TOLD THE SAME THING AS I WAS TOLD PRIOR TO OUR DEPARTURE FROM MICHIGAN AND AT ANIMAL KINGOM THEME PARK TICKET WINDOW THE PREVIOUS DAY, THAT THEY LOOKED UP MY DISNEY ACCOUNT/ DISNEY EXPERIENCE ACCOUNT AND THE PURCHASES WERE ON MY ACCOUNT AND LINKED TO MY TICKETS AND MY APP, THATS ALL WE NEEDED. WE EXPERIENCED THE PARK ALL DAY, WE HAD DINNER RESERVATIONS AT THE PLAZA RESTAURANT AT 6:00 ON THE 4TH, THAT WAS MESSED UP, THEY ONLY HAD RESERVATION FOR 12. THEN CHANGED OUR RESERVATION TIME TO 7:00 TO ACCOMMODATE 16 PEOPLE, WHICH CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION STARTED AT 7:00, SO WE WERE ALREADY CUTTING INTO OUR MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY CELEBRATION TIME DUE TO THE RESERVATION ERROR. THE GIRLS IN THE GROUP WENT TO A FEW GIFT SHOPS NEAR THE PLAZA RESTAURANT TO KILL TIME TILL 7, MY SONE PHONES ME AS SAYS, HE CAN’T USE THE BATHROOM AS HE DOESN’T HAVE A WRIST BAND FOR THE MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY, I RUSHED OUT OF THE GIFT SHOP WENT TO THE PLAZA RESTAURANT AREA TO MEET MY SON, WENT TO A GUEST SERVICE THAT WAS AT THE ROPED OFF AREA TO ENTER AND ASKED WHY WE NEEDED A WRIST BAND FOR THE BATHROOM AS I WAS TOLD ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS ALL I NEEDED WAS MY DISNEY APP AND THE TICKETS WERE LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT AND THE TICKETS ON THE ACCOUNT. THE GUEST SERVICE AGENT INSTRUCTED ME THAT THAT WAS INCORRECT, WE NEEDED A WRIST BAND. I ASKED IF SHE COULD GIVE US THE WRIST BANDS, SHE SAID NO AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO GO TO THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO GET THEM. I PROCEEDED TO THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, WAITED A VERY LONG TIME IN LINE. WHEN I REACHED AN AGENT, I WAS INFORMED THAT ALL 16 OF US WAS NEEDED AT THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO GET THE TICKETS, EVEN THOUGHT I HAD MY RECEIPTS FOR ALL 16, AND I INFORMED THEM THAT I ASKED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHAT WE NEEDED TO ENTER THE MICKEYS VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY. AS WELL, I WAS RIGHT THERE AT THE THEME PARK TICKET WINDOW THIS MORNING AND ASK AGAIN. THEN I WAS TOLD BY THE AGENT, OH NO, THE WRIST BANDS WHERE NOT OFFERED TO ISSUE UNTIL 4:00 P.M. ONCE AGAIN, NEVER INFORMED OF THIS EITHER ON THE SEVERAL ATTEMPS OF ASKING ABOUT ENTRY. IT IS NOT ANYWHERE IN WRITING EITHER THAT THE WRIST BANDS WERE TO START ISSUANCE AT 4. NOR WAS I TOLD ANYTHING THAT MORNING AT THE THEME PARK TICKET WINDOW. IT WAS ALREADY AFTER 7, THE REST OF THE PARTY WAS AT THE PLAZA RESTAURANT SAT DOWN FOR OUR RESERVATION, WE COULD ALL NOT LEAVE AND DESERT THE RESERVATION, WE HAD TODDLERS, AND YOUNG CHILDREN THAT HAD BEEN OUT AND ABOUT ALL DAY AND HUNGRY AS WELL. THERE WAS NO WAY THEY COULD LEAVE THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT EATING AND A BREAK, AS WELL AS LEAVE THAT MANY EMPTY CHAIRS IN THE RESTAURANT ON HOLD FOR ALL OF THEM TO GET TO THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND BACK TO EAT. THEN MISS MOST OF THE CELEBRATION TIME. I REQUESTED THAT A REPRESENTATIVE GO WITH ME BACK TO THE RESTAURANT WITH THE 16 WRIST BANDS AND PRESENT THEM TO EACH GUEST. I WAS TOLD NO, THEY COULDN’T. HOWEVER, AFTER A VERY LENGTHLY TIME SORTING OUT WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND THEN ISSUING MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND, A REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABLE TO ESCORT ME BACK TO THE PLAZA RESTAURANT SO THAT I COULD EAT. I WAS ABLE TO BE ESCORTED, LIKE A CRIMINAL, BACK TO THE RESTAURANT TO EAT WITH MY FAMILY, BUT, THEY COULDN’T BRING THE WRIST BANDS WITH THEM TO ISSUE TO MY FAMILY SO THAT WE MAY CELEBRATE OUR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY THAT WAS PAID FOR AND HELD WITH GREAT EXCITEMENT AND ANTICIPATION FROM MY CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN??!!!! THEN WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE PARK AFTER WE WERE DONE AT THE RESTAURANT. THIS WAS APPALLING AND EMBARISSING TO MY FAMILY, AND ONCE AGAIN WE COULD BE ESCORTED BY THE SAME REPRESENTATIVE THAT WAS FROM THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND A FEW OTHER EMPLOYEES, BUT, THEY COULD NOT MAKE THE TRIP TO ISSUE THE WRIST BANDS TO MY FAMILY. VERY, VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTING, DEVESTATING, TRAUMATIC, AND EMBARISSING FOR MY FAMILY AND SMALL CHILDREN!!!!!
    THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM A DISNEY FUNCTION THAN WOULD EVER BE EXPECTED FROM SUCH AN EXPECTED ENCHANTING, MAGICAL MOMENT!!
