Get ready to experience the magic of Disney storytelling like never before at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, opening at the Disneyland Resort this September.

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will blend timeless Walt Disney Animation Studios classics with contemporary designs, delicately curating a celebration of Disney history in the place where it all started—the Disneyland Resort. This will be the fourth tower at the Disneyland Hotel, located just steps from the Downtown Disney District.

From the moment you catch a glimpse of the 12-story tower’s colorful façade, every space will immerse you in discovering the creative storytelling process, bringing some of your favorite Disney stories to life like never before in a variety of themed accommodations.

  • Will this be available to resales?

  • I am interested in only adding 25 points for now. It would be nice if minimum adds where smaller chunks of points at a time to grow our portfolio as my savings improve. Thanks

  • It’s not a try b4 you buy. They have no reason to do that it is going to see very quickly. If rooms are ready b4 rooms deeded, they cant allow DVC stays. Someone mentioned $600 a night, you’ll be lucky if it stays at that price.

  • Just got off the phone to DVC (about an hour wait) and was told the rooms won’t be available until September 28. One night in a duo studio was quoted over $600.00 for the one night. I asked about point charts and was told they are still not available. I for one am not very happy about the way this is being handled.

  • Is this a whole new wing? I haven’t been to the Disneyland Resort since the summer of 2021, so I don’t know if construction started after that time, or did Disney refurbish floors in an existing wing for DVC guests only?

  • This sounds like the rooms will be ready to occupy before they are officially deeded into the Disney Vacation Club – so might as well rent them out for cash rather than let them sit empty. Looks beautiful!

  • Love the pics. When will DVC contracts go on sale? When will we see points charts?

  • Im hoping to stay there in September, Id love a studio from Sept 3rd to the 7th!

  • I’m guessing it’s just a cash reservation for DVC members on the 15th. People really want to see the points chart and know the price per point though. 🙁

  • No clue as to how much a cash rental will cost. Any clues? Also why not let us book with DVC points, and speaking of that, when do these go on sale?

  • So is this like a “try before you buy” kind of deal? Does the cost to stay there paying with cash get credited towards a new DVC contract if we decide to buy points there? If not, why would you pay for cash at what I’m assuming would be full price, and then turn around and buy a contract? You’d be better off waiting and just buy a contract.

  • Do we know when this DVC resort will be going on sale? I saw that it opens September of 2023??

  • So exciting!! Are there any details on when this property will go on sale for DVC purchase?
