Disneyland After Dark 2024: More ‘Nites’ Than Ever Before

Kelsey Lynch

by , Public Relations Director, Disneyland Resort

Many Disneyland Resort guests love attending our Disneyland After Dark events. If you’re not familiar, Disneyland After Dark events are separately-ticketed, themed evenings that include after-hours theme park and ride access (often with less wait times!), unique entertainment, beloved and sometimes rare character appearances, specialty food, beverage, and merchandise offerings, and so much more! We are thrilled that in 2024, we will hold more Disneyland After Dark ‘nites’ than ever before, with some popular themes returning, plus an all-new one…Disney Channel Nite!

Each Disneyland After Dark event begins with a three-hour pre-party mix-in at Disneyland park from 6 to 9 p.m. PT before the party officially begins. In addition to all the themed fun brought to life just for the party, your admission also includes commemorative keepsakes such as a souvenir credential and an event guide map, plus unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos taken throughout the party, which is a great way for you to capture treasured memories.

Whether you’re a romantic at heart, a nostalgic Disney Channel enthusiast, Star Wars devotee or want to show your Pride – these limited-time offerings are made for you! Here’s the 2024 line-up.

Comments

  • Looking forward to Pride Nite once again and those dates bookend my birthday!

  • Please bring back Hercules & Meg for Sweethearts Nite! It’s one of the main reasons I go since you can’t find them anywhere else!

  • I was hoping for another Throwback Nite or Villains, maybe next year! Love to see some of the older Disney animation characters like Atlantis too.

  • I’m begging you to bring back 90s Nite. The Disney Afternoon era was my childhood, and I was gutted to have to miss 90s Nite the one time it was put on several years ago. I’ve been hoping it would happen again one day.

  • man, i’m glad Disney Channel is getting a Disneyland After Dark event next year. wonder if Disney Junior would get a similar thing. with some photo backdrops themed on various Disney Junior shows of the past such as Jake and the Neverland Pirates, The Lion Guard and others.

  • Will The Muses be returning to Pride Nite for meet and greets? I’ve wanted 26 years to meet them

  • Is there anyways for me to get tickets for Sweethearts night after they sold out? At the door or last minutes tickets on the day of?

  • 💜

  • A park will close to general admission early on event nights. The information is in the post.

  • We’ve already booked our stay at the grand Californian in January and our dates fall on the sweetheart nights. We are spending 5 days in the park. How will this affect which parks we can enjoy during our visit?

  • We’re planning a 6 night stay at the grand Californian in January. Already bought park hopper tickets for 5 days in the park. How will this affect which parks we can enjoy?

  • I wish they would bring back Villains Night. I’m not sure if they were doing it at Disneyland pre-pandemic, but we planned on going to Villians Night in World. Unfortunately, it never happened due to the pandemic and World not bringing that event back. I know Oogie Boogie Bash is a great alternative, but a Villains Night sometime around March would be great for those that enjoy villains outside of Halloween.

  • I’m so upset that none of these dates are on a weekend! We do not live close by and can’t do mid week excursions. We would take advantage of so many of these events if we could plan a weekend trip. We used to do it all the time when they had them on the weekends. Now we can only see what other people can do on YouTube since we can’t go on a single weekday event. So disappointing! We can’t even celebrate May the 4th with a special night on a Saturday!

  • I am so excited for pride nite! I already had plans to go to Disneyland Paris for pride nite over there when it was announced at Disneyland. I can’t wait to experience it at my home Disney park!

  • Very much looking forward to Disney Channel Nite! Hoping Disney Television Animation gets some love outside of the obvious nostalgic ones. Seriously, I’d love to be able to have Pad Thai from Amphibia, Ropa Vieja from Hamster and Gretel, Tacos (maybe with chocolate mole) and strawberry soda from The Ghost and Molly McGee, you get the idea.

  • Thank you so much for bringing Pride Nite Back, I can’t wait to celebrate once more!

  • Definitely need more than TWO pride nights! Last year was an instant smash hit success. Clearly there is demand!

  • Where can I purchase tickets for sweathaerts nite once they go onsale?

  • No throwback nite?
