  • I am really disappointed in being able to get in the Virtual Queue! We were really early right on time and the backpacks were gone! Is there a reason you do not hold some back for us runners to purchase items when we get in ! I worked so hard at age 72 to be ready for the race and buy something to help me remember I did it! Now those who bought more of the backpacks to make money! They are now on eBay for triple the price! How fair is that ? Will rethink my Run Disney races! I have done several over the years and the race was very organized except for the opportunity to purchase something a fun memory!

  • I really wish that the Bundles listed under my merchandise in my RunDisney account told me WHAT IS IN EACH BUNDLE. I ordered the stuff like a year ago, and “Runner Bundle” isn’t very descriptive. It really wouldn’t be that hard to make your websites so much more user friendly.

  • I ordered the Magic Key Bundle but can’t remember what comes in it. Does anyone know?

  • So excited for race day! Can someone please elaborate what is considered the Anaheim resort area? For those of us that are local and not staying in a hotel, clarification would be helpful so we can be sure we’re in the right space to join the virtual queue. Thanks! 🙂

  • This article says that the Expo opens on Thursday at noon, but the official site says 10am. Can you clarify which is correct?

Also, is it true that you can only join the virtual queue if you’re at the resort? It says you can join from home or your hotel, but there isn’t the same mileage consideration as at WDW. So if we wanted to join the virtual queue first thing, you’d have to be at the resort by 7am and then wait until 10am (or potentially even noon) to enter the store at the earliest?

  • Is the preorder jacket option one of the ones pictured? If so, which one? Thanks!
