Today we’re sharing more details, from new topiaries and acts coming to the Garden Rocks concert series, to a sneak peek at upcoming merchandise. Let’s dig in!

New Topiaries to Enjoy

Each spring, we look forward to the astounding topiaries our Disney horticulture cast creates for the festival.

For the first time, Groot takes root at EPCOT! The flora colossus from the “Guardians of the Galaxy” trilogy will appear near Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in World Discovery.

This year, more than 70 topiaries, featuring a delightful array of Disney characters as well as other figures and whimsical items, will fill the park. As part of the topiary magic, guests can also look forward to seeing everyone’s favorite dragon, Figment, in the newly opened World Celebration Gardens.

Also new this year, guests can look forward to viewing new topiaries from the Walt Disney Animation Studios film “Wish,” including Asha, Valentino and the Wishing Star, at the park’s main entrance. And in Mexico, we’re thrilled to share that Miguel and Dante from Disney Pixar’s “Coco” will take center stage!

Fresh Garden Rocks Concert Series

It’s time to dance and sing along to your favorites as the popular Garden Rocks concert series takes to the American Gardens Theatre stage daily during the festival. Featuring local and globally recognized acts, there’s something for everyone.

This year, we’ll welcome new groups, including Modern English, Crowder, Lit, and Monsieur Perine. And for the first time, Raul Acosta & Oro Solido will share the stage with Magic Juan, then return the next day with Luisito Ayala and The Puerto Rican Power Band in a series of unforgettable performances.*

Comments

  • Glad to see it shortened. The festival durations have been out of hand. Need higher quality instead of dragging it out.

  • So sad. Just booked a trip for the first week in June to go to the Flower and Garden festival.

  • Please keep it through June for teachers and families with kids in school!

  • We planned a trip in June right after school ends to enjoy the festival 🙁 what a disappointment it ends so early! Please re consider and extend it through June for teachers and people with kids in school!

  • Oh no! We booked our trip for Flower & Garden for the first week of June based on previous years’ run.. I’m so sad. Might as well wait for another time of year to visit or wait until 2025. Please extend the dates!!

  • Oh no! Booked a trip for mid June to enjoy this festival & now such a drastic change! So disappointed.

  • I’m very disappointed it will be ending earlier this year. We will be there in June and was really looking forward to the festival.

  • We booked a trip in early June to go to the Flower and Garden festival. Honestly, I am thinking of cancelling the trip and saving the money now. I wish they would extend this into June so teachers and families with kids can go.

  • So sad to see that this year it will be shorter. My family and I look forward to it and would be there in June and now we miss it entirely.

  • I’m interesting this festival ,I will come to there with my son when my son has summer holidays😍

  • I am saddened to hear this is cut short ! This is my favorite festival and this year I am taking my grandson to Disney so I needed to wait until June . I do wish Disney would let us know what the dates will be earlier! I definitely would have changed the date I’m taking my grandson.

  • Sad to see the event shortened so much. We have a family trip planned for June that revolved around Flower & Garden which we’ll have to reconsider now.

In the future, if there are going to be more substantial changes in event dates, it would be helpful for the start and end dates to be published at once.
