I cover the animals of the Disneyland Resort for the Disney Parks Blog, focusing on our horses. In addition to my animal posts, I also produce videos for other Disney Parks Blog authors. I love producing behind-the-scenes stories of all kinds: from demonstrating horse training techniques to skilled cast members putting together our animated windows on Main Street, U.S.A.
My Disney career began in 2001 during the opening of Disney California Adventure park. But since I grew up in Anaheim, Calif., I feel as though Disneyland has always been a part of me. My favorite Disney Parks memory is interviewing Kurt Russell in Walt Disney’s apartment in Disneyland park before his Candlelight Processional performance in 2013. He was incredibly gracious … and I’ll never forget those blue eyes!
