Growing up in Southern California, some of my earliest memories are of visiting Disneyland Resort with my family and friends. And since I’m a child of a certain decade, I have a special place in my heart for films like “The Little Mermaid,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Aladdin” and more.

Now that I’m a mom of two young children, one of the greatest joys is watching them discover the magic of Disney –either through the shows they watch on TV/Disney+, their favorite stuffed animal or toy, trips to the park, or going to the movies. I am so proud to be a part of the magic that touches so many lives day in and day out, all over the world.

My favorite Disney memory was getting to be a part of the Disney store opening in Shanghai, China. It was the first Disney store in China, so watching the doors open on the first day and seeing the looks on people’s faces as they explored the space was one I won’t soon forget!
