Gina DeFano is a Manager, Digital Product Operations for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products Technology & Digital. Her Disney Career started in 2010 working at the Disney Store and she later participated in the Disney College Program which brought her to the Walt Disney World Resort. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Gina is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and wants to help all Guests and Cast Members feel represented by Disney content and experiences. She is the Co-Lead for the PRIDE Business Employee Resource Group (BERG) in Florida. Gina is a big fan of Mickey-shaped snacks and the Haunted Mansion.
