Jillian Rowley-Kapoor is a Marketing Strategy Manager for Emerging Businesses at Disney Signature Experiences, working on Storyliving by Disney. Prior to this role, she’s held a variety of marketing strategy roles with Walt Disney World, Disney Vacation Club, and Disney Cruise Line. As a Korean adoptee, she is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and wants to help all Guests and Cast Members feel represented by Disney content and experiences. She is the Communications Cabinet Lead for the newly re-launched “FAMASIA – Friends And Members of ANHPIs (Asian, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander) Standing In Alliance” Business Employee Resource Group (BERG) in Florida.
