As an Employee Advocacy Manager, I get to tell the story of our cast members all around the world! While our cast members play their part in making magical memories for our guests, I strive to find new ways to share the magical memories our cast members are making with each other, whether at special cast events or in their day-to-day operation. The best part of my role is spending time with cast members and empowering them to share their own #DisneyCastLife.
My Disney career started on the rivers of the world-famous Jungle Cruise, as an attractions cast member at Disneyland. I then went from skipping boats to performing on Disney stages as a member of the Disneyland Resort Entertainment Department. In 2018 I had the opportunity to join our training team, guiding new cast members during their first few days on the job. From 2019 - 2021 I had the honor to serve as the Disney Ambassador of the Disneyland Resort. It was truly a dream come true to represent our cast and continue a tradition and legacy that dates back to 1965 when Walt Disney selected the very first Disney Ambassador.
