Since I joined the Disneyland Resort in 2010, I have been in communications roles that provide me the opportunity to talk about one of my favorite subjects: Disney! A favorite part of my role is writing for the Disney Parks Blog about the community and environmental efforts of the Disneyland Resort, as well as features about our 29,000 cast members including “Every Role a Starring Role." One of my earliest Disney memories is meeting Disney Legend Jimmy Macdonald, who voiced Mickey Mouse for decades and did sound effects for classic Disney films such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
