2022-2023 Tokyo Disney Resort Ambassador
Upon joining Milial Resort Hotels Co., Ltd. in 2018, I was assigned to Bell Services of the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel Rooms Division, which happened to be my first choice.
I had always hoped to be involved with cast development and in my second year with the company I was appointed to the position of trainer. In year three, I became part of the instructor-led training team and, at the same time, debuted as a Bell Desk cast member.
The most memorable experiences in my time at the bell desk were those opportunities to surprise our guests. Being able to be there for our guests who came to celebrate their most special anniversaries at the Disneyland Hotel was very rewarding and a source of happiness for me.
My long-awaited opportunity to become Trainer Leader came along in my fourth year. In this role, I was given the responsibility of onboarding 20 new hire cast members as well as coordinating the Trainer Team. The four years that I spent being involved with guest services, which I absolutely love, proved to be an extremely valuable experience for me.
