Philip Gennotte

Portfolio Project Management Executive, Walt Disney Imagineering Germany

Philip Gennotte is currently the portfolio project management executive for Walt Disney Imagineering Germany, where he is responsible for overseeing the design, construction and delivery of the new class of cruise ships for Disney Cruise Line.

Philip began his career with The Walt Disney Company in 2018 as vice president Project Development & Delivery at Disney Cruise Line, responsible for the strategic and innovative development of the new ship designs, with the Disney Wish set as the first to be completed.

Prior to joining Disney, Philip worked for Meyer Werft, an industry leader in building cruise ships, and was previously involved in the building of the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.

Philip was born in Belgium and is a graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a degree in Naval Architecture. Philip resides in Leer, Germany, with his wife and three daughters.
