Ralph Sagaille leads supplier diversity efforts for the Walt Disney Company as their Executive Director, Supplier Diversity and Sustainability. Ralph is responsible for developing and implementing strategies toward the company’s goal of reaching $1 billion in annual spending with diverse suppliers by 2024. Additionally, he will guide the business in working with sourcing organizations and business units to identify and facilitate sustainable supply chains in support of Disney’s 2030 environmental goals. Ralph is no stranger to Disney, recently celebrating his 10-year anniversary, and previously holding senior leadership roles responsible for driving strategy and revenue generation for multiple business channels.
