As an Engineering Services Area Manager for Disneyland Resort, I lead and mentor a strong team of third shift Engineering Services Managers and union craft workers who maintain and service our attractions. While we work to provide a memorable, safe experience to our guests, I also strive to be a positive influence on the cast, share my knowledge and past experiences, and take the time to listen to my team while they share their own journey.
