As a Senior Manager with the Walt Disney World External Affairs team, I help cast members inspire a world of difference in Central Florida through the power of storytelling, and find unique ways of bringing comfort, optimism and joy to our community. Prior to my current role, I spent nearly a decade “unboxing” merchandise for Disney Parks Blog, from collectible pins and stylish apparel to decorative products and must-have souvenirs. I began my career at Pleasure Island on the Disney College Program in summer 1997. Other stops along my journey have included roles with Casting, Training and Development, World Showcase Operations, and Disney Trading. My favorite memory was serving as an official Disney representative with the 2001/2002 Walt Disney World Ambassador team where I met incredible cast members who made magic every day.
