Jaleo by Chef José Andrés opened a few weeks ago at Disney Springs, celebrating traditional comida española.
During its grand opening, we chatted with the renowned chef at his restaurant. He told us that he dreamed of having his own restaurante en Walt Disney World Resort for over 25 years!
