Merchandise Return Policy for My Disney Experience Shopping

FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED THROUGH MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE ONLY.

To return or exchange merchandise purchased on My Disney Experience, please call (800) 328-0327 or e-mail shop@disneypark.com for assistance. Please have your email receipt and order number handy, as they will be required to process your return or exchange. All eligible returns must be postmarked by or before the date shown on the packing slip accompanying the order (i.e., within thirty (30) days of the Order Date). No returns or exchanges will be accepted after that time. Refunds will be provided in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. We reserve the right to deny or limit the amount of returns and exchanges without proof of purchase.

Except as noted below, only new and unopened items in original packaging and with all tags attached can be returned or exchanged.  Merchandise that has been used or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Merchandise that has been used or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that are damaged or that do not have proof of purchase may be denied a refund or exchange.
  • Jewelry items priced $150 or greater may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • Damaged or defective DVD, Blu-ray, audio, video game and software merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item and title.
  • Personalized Premium MagicBands (upgrade):  For Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests or new or renewing Annual Passholders who elected to upgrade their complimentary MagicBands to purchase Premium MagicBands at a special price, personalized Premium MagicBands cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.  Cancellation of Disney Resort hotel reservations will result in Premium MagicBands orders being canceled; however, if the Premium MagicBands have already been personalized at the time the reservation is canceled, the order will not be cancelable, exchangeable, or refundable, and the regular, non-discounted retail price of the personalized Premium MagicBands (instead of the special upgrade price) will be charged.

Merchandise purchased through My Disney Experience shopping cannot be returned or exchanged at Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney store locations, or any other Disney owned and operated retail location.
