Let your conscience be your guide for this edition of “Where at Disney Parks Can You Find…” You’ll have to be very specific when naming this location – and here’s a special challenge for Disneyland Resort guests who are in the parks more than I: what is the very cool thing that you’d find right in front of this image of Jiminy Cricket?
If you guessed this was a wall plaque of Jiminy Cricket in the Sorcerer’s Workshop located in the Disney Animation building at Disney California Adventure park – congratulations!
Oh yeah – the very cool thing in front of Jiminy Cricket is a zoetrope – a spinning device which creates the illusion of movement. If you haven’t been in the Disney Animation building yet, stop by and spend some time exploring.

Downstairs in the Animation building at DCA in the Drawing room just before Beast’s Library and Ursula’s Lair. I LOVE the portrait of Walt on the wall. There is a lot of things in front of it… a table to draw your own animation and a zoetrope?

I love the Animation building, it’s so much fun! A nice place to slow down and enjoy Disney magic.
