  • I have Verizon but am unable to download this app to my Android HTC Rezound phone. When is it going to be compatible so I can use it once again – I loved the app but now can’t access it and Verizon has no answer for me. Please help.

  • I’m also having login trouble. Perhaps there can be an update to this post with clearly posted, step-by-step instructions once the problem is resolved.
