As Shawn Slater first told us, the Royal Theatre will be where the tales of “Beauty and the Beast” and “Tangled” will come to life when Fantasy Faire opens at Disneyland park on March 12. In this new video, we take you inside the Royal Theatre and introduce you to Messieurs Smythe and Jones, who join Rapunzel and Belle onstage to tell their beloved stories, “with a ‘happily ever after’ at the end,” of course!

  • We were fortunate enough to be able to check this out on Friday. I have to say, the show is just so much fun! I LOVE Belle’s new dress, and The whole new area is just simply enchanting! Beautifully done…:)

  • That’s a lovely stage! I have a question about Rapunzel. Can we still meet and greet her and Flynn in Fantasyland?? I really want to see and take pictures with them:)!!

    • Yes – When Rapunzel is not appearing at the Royal Theatre in Fantasy Faire, she will continue to meet Disneyland park guests at her current location in Fantasyland.

  • Speaking of Rapunzel, can we get any updates on the tower that’s appeared in Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom at WDW? 🙂
