While we’ve shared details about many of the activities, exclusive merchandise, live shows and fireworks being presented at the Last Tour to Endor after-hours party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on August 14, there’s one truly “epic” show that we have yet to give you details about — until now.

For one night only and as part of Star Wars Celebration V, the two worlds of Indiana Jones and Star Wars will collide in an ultimate film mashup show entitled “Raiders of the Lost Jedi Temple of Doom: A Fan Film of ‘Epic’ Proportions.”

While details for the live-action show have been shrouded in secrecy, we caught up with Disney’s Jason Surrell on the set this week and had a chance to catch one of the final rehearsals.

Great stuff, huh? Now, let us know which two Disney films you would like to see combined in a mashup show.

  • While I freely admit that I purchased tickets primarily to see the fireworks, I am getting pretty darn excited about the details that are coming out about the event. This mashup movie sounds like it should make for a most memorable evening. I can’t wait to get to Walt Disney World tomorrow evening! The Last Tour to Endor event is our entertainment for our last night of vacation. I think this vacation is set to end on a really magical note!

  • Toy Story and A Bug’s Life should be mashed up into a show. 🙂

By the way, this show sounds really cool. Will there be video highlights of the show itself posted on the blog once it happens?

  • We are taking a last minute quick trip to Disney World just for this event and the more I read the more excited I get!! I love the microphone used in this video!

  • I’d love to see the indestructible Stitch paired up with — or against even — the Incredibles! I really would love to go to the Last Tour to Endor Party, but it depends on my work schedule!

  • The Mousekamashup I would love to see is “The Little Mermaid On Deck.” Viewers of “The Suite Life On Deck” may remember Zack falling for what he THOUGHT was a mermaid but was instead an Olympic swimmer, but as the Watcher has so often observed, there are worlds within worlds where nothing is impossible, so WHAT IF Ariel found herself aboard the S.S. Tipton?
