Or try my favorites—the cheese board, Asian Chicken Wings with pickled vegetables and the Vegetarian Summer Rolls with ponzu. After, indulge in the Taste of Tiffins dessert, with dark chocolate ganache with passion fruit curd, Egyptian sea salt, Sri Lankan Chantilly and hibiscus meringue.

Specialty cocktails are inspired by tastes from around the world. There’s truly a cocktail for every taste—from the Annapurna Zing with gin, passion fruit purée, mint, simple syrup, lime juice and ginger beer to the Night Monkey, which features rum, guava puree, mint, coffee simple syrup, lime juice and a hint of cilantro. Several of the specialty cocktails are also available in family-friendly non-alcoholic varieties, such as the Zingiber Fizzie, Hibiscus Henna and Balinese Breeze. Or try the refreshing passion fruit vanilla iced tea. Wines from around the world and craft beers—including the Kungaloosh Spiced Excursion Ale—round out the drink menu.
