Cooking Up the Magic: Holiday Dessert Recipe from Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood

With the holiday season upon us, we asked the talented pastry chefs at Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood to share a recipe that is a guest favorite – Crema Catalana.

Crema Catalana, originating from the Spanish region of Catalonia, has a wonderful citrus-infused creaminess with a hint of cinnamon and a crunchy layer of burned sugar. This traditional Spanish dessert is surprisingly simple to make at home and the perfect addition to your holiday gathering of friends and family.

You can find this dessert as well as other dishes and small plates inspired by the flavors of Spain at the newly opened Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. The sweeping views of Walt Disney World Resort make this rooftop restaurant a unique and special dining experience. For more information and to make reservations visit the Walt Disney World Resort website or check out the My Disney Experience mobile app.
