Brian Orr

Show Systems Studio Executive, Walt Disney Imagineering

Brian Orr is the Show Systems Studio Executive for Walt Disney Imagineering. In this role, Brian leads a global studio responsible for Audio-Animatronics design and production, special effects, A/V and projection systems for the development and delivery of show technology for all Disney parks and experiences.

 

Prior to this role, Brian was the Studio Executive for show mechanical engineering, production and manufacturing, and special effects. During this time, he led the development of A-1000 Audio-Animatronics figures.

 

Brian started with Walt Disney Imagineering in 2007 as a machinist and fabricator. He earned roles of increasing responsibility leading teams and projects globally. He’s worked on myriad Disney Parks experiences including Frozen Ever After at EPCOT, Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure at Shanghai Disneyland and The Little Mermaid attractions in California and Florida. Brian holds a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering management.
