Yesterday, Disneyland Resort President George A. Kalogridis announced a $5 million donation to CHOC Children’s. Check out this video of the event – it was a special day for CHOC and the Disneyland Resort.
Moments like these make me especially proud to be a Disneyland Resort cast member.

As the mother of a child who “lived” in a children’s hospital for 5 weeks this deeply touches my heart.

I think this is so cool!! As having to have been in a children’s hospital a lot growing up, it would have made a big difference in how scared as a child I was. And if there would have been some Disney touches around the place it would have made going to the hospital not such a scary place. Way to go Disney!! The Disney touches I am sure will help calm the fears about having to be in the hospital in the first place.
