“Fantasyland is dedicated to the young-in-heart, to those who believe that when you wish upon a star, your dreams come true.” – Walt Disney

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the reimagined Fantasyland at Disneyland park I spent the day at Sleeping Beauty Castle and asked guests what they most love about Walt Disney’s favorite land.

Personally, I get a kick out of Casey Junior … “I think I can, I think I can.” What’s your favorite?

  • I have three favorite things in Fantasyland – seeing the Blue Fairy at the very end of Pinocchio, trying to pull out the sword in the stone (anvil), and seeing all of the lit lanterns over the Tea Cup ride at night.

  • I think my favorite was when my children were small. Magic best sums it up. Eys wide and in awe they managed to take it all in! Yeaaaaa Disneyland

  • The correct answer is “no contest”. Anyone who has visited Disneyland even a few times knows what fantaslyland ride what you must go to as soon as possible to avoid long lines. Even during a private, nighttime event, I remember hundreds waiting in the queue for their chance to sail to Never Never Land.
