Continuing our series of short videos for Disney.com, “Taste of Disney” takes viewers behind the scenes in kitchens across Walt Disney World Resort to learn the secrets of the culinary world at Disney . In our first video, the focus is the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
What does it take to pull off one of the world’s longest, largest food and wine fests? Follow my daughter Katie and me as we head to the theme park to talk with key folks behind the scenes who make it happen every single day. Almost a million dishes (100,000 desserts alone!) are tasted along World Showcase Promenade by happy guests.

i really enjoyed this vid Pam, thanks for sharing, but the thing that i couldn’t stop thinking about is how much your daughter reminded me of an older version of jodie sweetin (stephanie tanner from full house)… anyways… just thought i had to let you know haha
